Job summary

Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator role in Sherburn-in-Elmet to run a full weekly payroll accurately within a fast-paced, seasonal environment. You will also build HR administration skills alongside core payroll duties.

The role is full-time, with 8:30am-5:30pm hours, plus paid Saturday and late-evening shifts during peak periods. You will handle timesheets, deductions, and year-end activities while supporting HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience processing payroll.
• Experience with weekly payroll is advantageous.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail required.
• Excellent IT and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end weekly payroll cycle.
• Maintain accurate employee data across payroll and spreadsheets.
• Support HR administration tasks such as contracts and inductions.
• Respond to payroll and HR queries clearly and professionally.
