Job summary

Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith is seeking a Payroll and Finance Officer to join our Oswestry-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage the full end-to-end payroll for around 300 employees, ensure accurate record keeping and timely payments, and support finance administration within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing for ~300 employees.
• Knowledge of PAYE/NIC, pensions, sick pay and maternity payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end payroll for around 300 employees.
• Maintain accurate records, timely payments and policy compliance.
• Support purchase ledger, bank reconciliation and petty cash.
• Prepare reporting for finance and regulatory purposes.
