As Senior Manager, Payroll, you will lead the connection between Payroll and Finance, ensuring payroll data flows accurately and efficiently to Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and other downstream stakeholders. Today, many of these processes rely on manual workarounds, reconciliations, and intervention. You will play a critical role in transforming how payroll information moves through the organization by simplifying processes, driving automation and strengthening controls. Your work will ensure payroll data is reliable, scalable, and readily consumable by Finance teams across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role that sits at the center of the company's global payroll transformation and requires strong partnership across Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT functions.
