Zusammenfassung

Radius is seeking a Payroll Analytics professional to lead the payroll analysis processes across our group, including reconciliation of payroll-related balance sheets and driving changes to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to build budget plans, review headcount, and support the year-end audit pack, while mentoring a trainee management accountant in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in Crewe.

Qualifikationen

• AAT qualified, part-qualified, or currently studying towards an AAT qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a Finance related role is required.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, preferably advanced level.
• Experience with data preparation and transformation on large datasets.
• Ability to build a strong rapport with Finance Team and across the organisation.
• Experience of interacting across all levels including with non-finance colleagues.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial business is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Own payroll analysis processes across Fuel and Central Cost Finance for the group.
• Control and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet, ensuring best practice.
• redevelop and implement new ways of working to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build budget plans and assess headcount/structure.
• Deliver a quality year-end audit pack to auditors.
• Develop relationships with finance stakeholders to highlight salary cost drivers.
• Support and mentor a trainee management accountant.
• Champion finance processes and systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist senior finance management with ad hoc projects and budgeting.
