Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced payroll technology and data transformation consultant to help move clients’ payroll services to EY and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross‑border teams across tax, technology, data, and payroll to deliver industry‑leading services.

You’ll contribute to data integration design, test and refine solutions, ensure data quality and security, and translate business needs into technical specifications while supporting EY’s managed service model and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience working on data integration projects.
• Experience in a payroll industry role or similar firm with external client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the UK (and possible international travel).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation and data technologies (RPA, ETL, visual analytics).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and solve problems using a wide range of technology skills.
• Design, test, and refine payroll data integration implementations.
• Ensure payroll data quality, privacy and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work with EY teams worldwide to support delivery of EY’s technology assets.
• Support delivery of EY technology assets in a managed service model.
• Contribute to project management and delivery planning.
