Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll team and Payroll Manager, ensuring accurate and timely pay for staff across our school catering network. You will work with outsourced provider iTrent, manage pension submissions, and coordinate with HR and Finance to meet deadlines while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance with payroll legislation.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication with HR, Finance and payroll stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate payslips and pension contributions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues and queries.
• Assist with annual returns and payroll reporting duties.
