• Carry out detailed checks across pay, pensions and other payroll information to ensure accuracy.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and reward programmes.
• Work with large data sets and use Excel to analyse, manipulate and reconcile information.
• Respond to payroll and low level HR queries, collaborating with colleagues.
• Identify discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
• Provide general support across payroll and HR as required.
