With new clubs opening across London and innovative products being developed, this is the perfect time to join our Payroll team. We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to assist the Payroll Manager with processing payroll and managing related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Process timesheets, ensuring correct allocation, track employee absences, and maintain statutory payments. Review monthly data changes in the payroll system.
  2. Perform monthly payroll calculations, process adjustments, and issue P45s for departing employees.
  3. Collaborate with the People Team to ensure accurate employee records and communicate reminders for timely payroll processing.
  4. Support employee payroll queries as a key contact in the Central team.
  5. Administer pension contributions, staff loans (season tickets, Ride to Work), and report holiday accruals for payout.
  6. Maintain up-to-date payroll and People trackers, ensuring consistency with internal systems.
