Balfour Beatty plc in Bridgwater, England, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C. You will collate time and attendance records, ensure timecards are complete and accurate, and support payroll processing across site teams.
Using Kronos Time & Attendance, you will add new starters and process leavers, manage sickness and absences, travel entitlements, and resolve pay-related queries. Excellent communication and data accuracy are essential.

As Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for the collation and management of time and attendance records, ensuring employee timecards are complete and accurate before submission for payroll processing. Working closely with site teams and employees, you will play a key role in supporting payroll operations and resolving pay-related queries.
