Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick in Bridgwater is seeking a Technical Administrator to manage and maintain accurate HSE information for the MEH Alliance, delivering monthly and quarterly reports and ensuring incidents are recorded.

The role requires strong administration skills, excellent communication, IT proficiency with Microsoft packages, and the ability to obtain security clearance. This is an on-site role with smart-working options where feasible.

Responsibilities

  • Formulation and management of the MEH Alliance relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HSES data
  • Production of monthly, quarterly and annual internal, JV and client facing reports
  • Ensure all Incidents are recorded and inputted into MEHA tracker system and ensure respective notifications are made
  • When requested, attend meetings and produce notes from the meeting
  • Assist with the triage of MEHA assigned Insight observations and allocated to appropriate area/department/person
  • Monitor and assist with the closure of assigned Insight actions within MEH Alliance
  • Triage incoming Observations on Insight and advise on the steps needed to complete and close associated actions
  • Undertake such additional tasks as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post
  • Support as required all MEH Alliance HSE function Leads.

About The Role

Balfour Beatty are working in partnership with the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C. We are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team. As a Technical Administrator, you will manage, update and maintain accurate health, safety and environmental (HSE) information, including monthly HSE reports and statistical data for the MEH Alliance.

This is a site based role - Bridgwater
What you'll be doing
