Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a professional Payroll Co-ordinator to deliver the monthly payroll across multiple sites in the UK. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, pensions administration, payroll reporting, and reconciliations, supporting managers and employees with queries and system use.

You will work closely with HR and Finance to maintain accurate payroll records and robust processes, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and reporting processes.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to strict payroll and reporting deadlines.
• Professional and confidential approach to work.
• Experience with SelectPay, Planday, LGPS & NEST pensions is advantageous.

The role includes payroll processing, pensions administration, payroll reporting, reconciliations and supporting managers and employees with payroll-related queries and system use.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

Experience of SelectPay, Planday, LGPS & NEST pension schemes would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
