Portfolio Group is seeking a Payroll Bureau Trainer to lead inductions and develop payroll training for the bureau team. The role focuses on nurturing competency and performance through structured programmes and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering payroll training to payroll staff or HR/payroll teams.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop programmes for new hires and existing staff.
• Able to design user-friendly payroll manuals and guides.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with managers and staff on development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver inductions for new Payroll Bureau Administrators.
• Identify ongoing training needs for new hires and existing payroll bureau staff.
• Support personal development of individuals within the team.
• Design and create payroll manuals and training guides.
• Collaborate with managers to monitor performance and outcomes.
