The role concentrates on delivering inductions for new Payroll Bureau Administrators, identifying ongoing training needs, and creating payroll manuals and guides. You will mentor individuals and collaborate with managers to monitor performance and drive team development.

A leading payroll organisation are currently looking to hire a Payroll Bureau Trainer to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a super niche role and a newly created role for the business.

As the Payroll Bureau Trainer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver inductions for new Payroll Bureau Administrators
• Identify ongoing training needs with new hires and existing members of the payroll bureau team
• Work with individuals for personal development
• Design and create payroll manuals and training guides
• Work with managers to monitor performance
