Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for a 12‑month fixed-term contract based in Milton Keynes. You will ensure accurate processing of monthly payrolls and employee benefits, and handle payroll queries with a high level of service.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with payroll systems (Oracle HCM preferred), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while safeguarding sensitive data under GDPR.

Qualifications

  • Process payroll and benefits data accurately and on time.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits queries, liaising with HR.
  • Assist with tax year end administration.
  • Prepare communications for payroll/benefits updates.
  • Support PO processing and liaise with Finance.
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant handling of sensitive data.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel including data validation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM & Payroll preferred.
  • Experience processing large and multiple payrolls.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, varied and demanding environment.
  • Logical thinker with a quick grasp of processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and benefits data accurately and on time.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits queries, liaising with the Compensation and Benefits team and the wider HR department when required.
  • Assist with tax year end administration.
  • Support with the preparation of communications for payroll and benefits updates to the wider business.
  • Support the HR Office Manager with the processing of purchase orders and liaise with Finance to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of payroll, pensions and benefits is beneficial.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages, in particular Microsoft Excel including reconciliations and data validation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM & Payroll would be preferred.
  • Experience of processing large and multiple payrolls preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, varied and demanding environment.
  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive data and process it in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Logical thinker, with the ability to quickly grasp processes.

We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to Support the efficient, compliant and accurate processing of monthly payrolls and employee benefits. As well as responding to and resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries, providing a high level of service to employees and the wider business.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure all payroll and benefits data is processed accurately and in line with payroll cut-off dates.
