Job summary

Reed is seeking two Payroll Specialists to support a 12-week internal payroll audit project in North West Birmingham. The roles offer £28,000 - £35,000 FTE pro rata and require prior experience in an in-house payroll environment with solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation and strong Excel skills.

You will review historical payroll data, analyse and reconcile records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house payroll environment.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and best practices.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse and reconcile payroll data.
• Experience supporting payroll audits or data review projects.
• Understanding of National Minimum Wage regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
