Reed is seeking a Payroll Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Oxfordshire. This hybrid role requires two days on-site per week with some remote work flexibility. The successful candidate will ensure accurate UK payroll processing and collaborate with HR and finance to maintain compliance.

The position emphasises end-to-end payroll management, pensions administration, and precise reporting, with strong stakeholder communication and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Proven UK payroll experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, pensions, and employee benefits.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare and process payroll runs in line with deadlines and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee payroll records and handle variable pay elements and pensions.
• Support administration of pension schemes and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Produce payroll and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer employee benefit schemes and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
