Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our busy payroll team in a fast-paced environment. You will support weekly and monthly payroll for a large number of workers, ensuring bookings, timesheets and hours are accurately recorded and processed on time.

The role involves setting up new workers, checking timesheets, handling leavers, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll checks, reconciliations and queries in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally, previous payroll or payroll administration experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll knowledge.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Set up new workers and bookings; check timesheets and hours.
• Process leavers and finishers; maintain accurate records.
