You will handle hourly and weekly timesheets, amendments, payslips and deductions, and support year-end tasks such as P11Ds and P60s. A meticulous, proactive communicator is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably in a timesheet-heavy environment.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and process timesheet-based payroll data accurately.
• Manage overtime, adjustments and variable pay elements.
• Prepare and distribute payslips with accurate deductions.
• Support year-end processes (P11Ds and P60s).
• Respond to employee queries with clear payroll guidance.
• Contribute to payroll systems and process improvements.
