Job description

Fixed term contract: 12 months
Soho, London
Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.

The Role

This is an exciting and varied People Operational role in a growing team supporting our global Sports Media and Betting businesses in Central London. The role is responsible for the monthly payroll processing and will act as a first point of call for People queries from employees and line managers. You should be a be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise a high workload volume with a strong focus on customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing the necessary monthly payroll processing and be the primary contact for company benefits and associated benefits administration
  • General administrative Payroll support, including managing payroll onboarding process for new starters, managing Payroll inbox and ad hoc requests etc
  • Support with SuccessFactors system administration.
  • Report to and work with Payroll Manager on continuous improvement projects and opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and in general (especially Excel)
  • Experience of supporting payroll processes
  • Good administration experience, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors or an equivalent People system
