Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a payroll administrator on a 24-month FTC to join our finance team. You will process monthly payroll accurately, maintain records, and support salary calculations.

The role requires numerical accuracy, strong communication, and discretion to handle confidential information and liaise with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills beneficial for stakeholder liaison.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to resolve payroll issues.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and statutory payments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with processing monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Support calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory payments.
• Assist with resolving payroll queries from employees and liaising with relevant departments
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

• Be confident in managing queries both on online and in person
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
