Job summary

Dollar Academy in Scotland is hiring an experienced Finance Administrator - Payroll & Accounts Payable to join the finance team. The role is full-time (with potential part-time consideration) and will support payroll processing, supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments, reporting to the Finance Manager.

You will maintain strong relationships with staff and suppliers, ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures, and contribute to accurate and timely financial operations

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and related activities.
• Experience handling supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Knowledge of internal controls and regulatory financial procedures.

Responsibilities
