Dollar Academy is actively recruiting an experienced Finance Administrator to join the Finance team. The role focuses on payroll processing and accounts payable, reporting to the Finance Manager, and ensuring accurate, timely payments and robust supplier records.

Offering a full-time, year-round position, the post requires collaboration with internal staff and external suppliers. 35-hour week, with potential for part-time consideration, within a reputable private school in Dollar.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Handle supplier invoices, credit notes and payments
• Maintain the purchase ledger and supplier records
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
• Assist in payroll administration and related reporting
