Role Overview

The EMEA People Operations and Reward Lead will deliver the functional strategy of Payroll and Total Rewards in the Region. This leadership role provides expertise in payroll, compensation, and benefits, ensuring practices are market relevant and compliant.

Provides leadership, direction, and support to local team members with a focus on continuous process improvement, project, and vendor management.

Leadership Responsibilities
  1. Represents the region as the subject matter expert in Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
  2. Leads staff, providing guidance and issue resolution, facilitating decision making.
  3. Identifies and recommends process and productivity improvements within Payroll and Total Rewards.
  4. Collaborates with internal and external partners.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
Payroll
  1. Manages the Payroll process in the UK and Ireland using Cloudpay.
  2. Participates in the development and administration of Payroll and Time Tracking & Absence systems.
  3. Supports and partners with HRIS to optimize Workday for the region.
  4. Works with management to improve pay processes, automate, and enhance Payroll systems.
  5. Generates payroll reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  6. Ensures accurate payroll accounting and functions as the payroll representative during audits.
Total Rewards
  1. Participates in developing and administering compensation and benefit programs.
  2. Monitors and recommends changes to regional compensation practices.
  3. Provides advice on pay decisions and policy interpretations.
  4. Works with Total Rewards to implement incentive plans and benefit enrollments.
  5. Ensures compliance with benefit plan regulations and local laws.
Skills & Abilities
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
  2. Knowledge of local regulations related to employee compensation.
  3. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Workday preferred.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and integrity.
