  • Maintain employee payroll records, process variable pay elements and statutory payments, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support the administration of pension schemes, including contribution calculations and auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Produce payroll and financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer employee benefit schemes and ensure accurate payroll deductions where applicable.

Payroll Advisor (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working)

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week

We are working with a brilliant repeat client based in Oxfordshire seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring two days per week on-site, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of UK payroll, working closely with internal HR and finance teams to maintain compliance and deliver a high-quality payroll service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing support and escalating issues when required.
