Job summary

Omny Group in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Payroll Advisor to join our growing people services team. You will deliver accurate, end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

You will onboard new client payrolls, manage pensions and auto-enrolment, liaise with providers, handle queries, and maintain compliance with HMRC and payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Sound knowledge of current payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll activities.
• Understanding of workplace pensions and auto-enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fully managed end-to-end payroll service for multiple clients.
• Onboard and implement new client payrolls.
• Process payrolls for multiple clients and pay frequencies.
• Administer workplace pensions and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Liaise with pension providers and maintain pension records.
• Handle payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes.
