Job summary

Portfolio Payroll in Newcastle is seeking an experienced payroll administrator to join a large team within a financial shared service environment. You will process high-volume UK payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments under the Global Payroll lead.

The role requires in-depth UK payroll experience, reconciliation, and strong Excel skills. International exposure is a plus, and familiarity with Cloudpay or Oracle is advantageous.

Qualifications

• In depth UK payroll experience including reconciliation.
• International experience advantageous but not essential.
• Advantage having Shared service experience, multi site or multi client experience.
• Good working knowledge of current payroll legislation.
• Ability to work flexibly according to the changing needs of a busy office.
• Cloudpay or Oracle system knowledge advantageous.
