This is a 12-month fixed-term contract located in Manchester, offering a hybrid working environment that combines flexibility with the opportunity to collaborate in person. The role involves accurately processing payroll transactions using Workday, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, and supporting payroll audits. The Payroll Advisor will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, providing professional and timely assistance. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities such as issuing P45s, reconciling payroll data, and managing pension contributions, auto-enrolment, and monthly submissions. The ideal candidate will bring prior payroll experience, especially with Workday, and possess a strong understanding of UK payroll laws and regulations.
