Job description

Overview

Payroll advisor position for an initial 3-month contract with potential to move to contract-to-permanent for the right candidate. Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a high-volume environment, collaborating with the finance and HR teams to share workloads.
• Adapt to a fast-paced payroll function within a small team (2 payroll colleagues).
• Coordinate with the client’s payroll systems and processes as part of project support.

Requirements / Desirable Experience

• Desirable experience with CGI payroll system.
• Desirable experience with UKG (timesheets).
• Manufacturing industry experience is ideal but not required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with finance and HR to manage workloads.

Working Hours & Flexibility

The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options, e.g., longer days with a reduced Friday or similar arrangement.
