Portfolio Payroll are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Accountancy Practice to join their growing payroll team as a Payroll Administrator. This role offers flexible hybrid working and a healthy work-life balance.

You will manage end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, handle starters and leavers, calculate statutory payments, and liaise with HMRC. Training and development are provided in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice or bureau.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Experience processing multiple payrolls simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
• Administering starters, leavers and payroll changes.
• Calculating statutory payments and deductions.
• Submitting payroll data to HMRC accurately and on time.
• Handling client payroll queries and providing a high level of service.
• Using SuperPay payroll software.
