Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited, on behalf of a well-established chartered accountancy, seeks a Payroll Administrator to join permanently. You will manage timely, accurate payrolls for multiple clients and liaise with them to answer queries.

The role covers auto enrolment pensions, PAYE scheme setups, and ad hoc duties; hybrid pattern 3 days in office, 2 days at home is offered. Strong Excel skills and good customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience processing client payrolls within an accountancy/bureau environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication/customer service skills.
• Experience with Paycircle would be a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate payrolls (annual, monthly, quarterly or weekly) based on client needs and complexity.
• Liaise with clients and respond to queries.
• Process auto enrolment pensions via payroll.
• Set up PAYE schemes.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties when required.
