Job summary

A very successful, well-established, and highly regarded, multi-sited accountancy practice based in Brighton, Sussex is searching for a Payroll Administrator to help manage the delivery of payroll services to the firm's varied client base. Hybrid and flexible working hours are available.

You will deliver payroll services to around 50–100 clients, handle queries, and advise on technical issues while progressing within the payroll department with increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• 12 Months experience in general practice or industry payroll essential.
• A logical individual with good attention to detail.
• Experience running client payrolls essential.
• Software experience should include Sage, IRIS, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communicator both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of payroll services (weekly/monthly) to an extensive spectrum of around 50–100 clients, dealing with queries and advising clients on technical issues.
• Take on responsibility as you develop within the firm and role, delivering a quality service to the clients and building strong relationships.
