Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Willingness to study and attain payroll qualifications (CIPP) with employer support.
• Strong data management and attention to detail in payroll data.
• Experience with NHS/private healthcare pay frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Resolve employee payroll queries on tax, pensions, and pay rates.
• Input and update timesheets, new starters, leavers, and SSP/SMP/SPP.
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare pay regulations and policies.
