Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. at the Thorncliffe site in Sheffield is seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide payroll support and accurate processing for employees. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible morning shifts, 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.

You will run weekly payroll checks, manage agency payroll, raise purchase orders and ensure costs are captured accurately. A strong IT proficiency and communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally in a payroll environment.
• Excellent communicator able to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office and other systems/databases.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly WFD Time & Attendance payroll checks and address discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly agency payroll checks and raise discrepancies with Agency contacts.
• Raise Purchase Orders and ensure correct coding/allocation.
• Ensure costs relating to orders are captured and recorded; maintain Site PO log.
