Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Warrington is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 9 to 12 month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of employees’ pay data and maintaining electronic people data within HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced payroll environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately and ensure reports are checked for errors.
• Update payroll records with P45s, starter declarations, tax and NIC data.
• Respond to staff pay queries and provide ad hoc HR/Payroll support.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.
