Cintra HR & Payroll Services Ltd. is hiring a Payroll Administrator in Newcastle upon Tyne to join our Outsourced Payroll team. You will manage payrolls end-to-end, ensure RTI submissions and pension files are accurate, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience.
• Good understanding of HMRC legislation and pension rules.
• Strong numeracy and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in a client-facing environment with clear communication.
• Calm under deadline pressure and able to work independently.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process a portfolio of client payrolls end to end on time.
• Produce employee documents and submit RTI and pension files.
• Manage HMRC payments and pension schedules.
• Perform manual calculations for starters, leavers, tax, NI.
• Use data imports to improve processing efficiency.
• Liaise with clients and HMRC, reporting clearly.
