United Infrastructure Ltd. is recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

You will support day-to-day payroll administration, work with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing, and handle confidential employee information with care. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and a proactive approach to learning payroll processes.

Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accurate timesheet data.
  • Process payroll journals and ensure information is entered correctly.
  • Learn the weekly payroll process to provide cross-cover when required.
  • Check payroll data and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
  • Assist with payroll queries and general payroll administration.
  • Support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance teams when required.
  • Handle payroll information confidentially.
  • Complete payroll tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis who will provide support with the day-to-day administration of payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their payroll knowledge.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll and Finance teams to ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.

Previous payroll or administrative experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
