White Horse Employment is proud to be working with a leading commercial business based in West Wiltshire to aid their search for a Payroll Admin on a temporary basis. You will join a unique, family-owned company that prides itself on delivering the best quality service for its customers.

Role Overview

You will be working within a varied role, responsible for different aspects of the payroll process. The environment is fast-paced, and you will deal with a variety of stakeholders both in and out of finance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting the Payroll Manager with the monthly payroll.
  2. Ensuring leavers are correctly processed on the system.
  3. Calculating pro-rata holiday balances.
  4. Managing payroll changes, including salary increases.
  5. Handling sick pay accurately.
  6. Managing pension changes and enrolling new employees.
  7. Processing staff expenses.
