What will you be doing?
As one of our Payroll Administrators, your primary focus will be providing administrative support on our 4-weekly payroll cycle.
As a member of this talented and friendly team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of payroll-related processes that require efficiency and accuracy.
You will adhere to Society policies and statutory legislation, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This role involves working in partnership with internal colleagues and external providers such as HMRC and DWP.

This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and home working.
This environment is high volume and fast-paced, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a colleague-focused mindset, be a true team player, and support wider team activities proactively.
With support and guidance from leadership, you should be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Previous practical payroll experience and supporting in a front-line environment are essential, along with a good understanding of the full payroll cycle.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships are also important.
You must hold Maths and English GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
