About the Role:
We're currently supporting our client in their search for a Payroll Administrator to join their EMEA payroll team on a three month FTC, based in London. This team manages payroll across multiple countries, and this position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate data management and exceptional employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll oversee the EMEA payroll inbox, manage and update employee data in payroll and HR systems, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant. You'll assist in preparing employment documents, maintaining trackers, and supporting employee queries. Additionally, you'll contribute to audits, reporting, and project work, offering general support to the payroll and HR teams.
Key Requirements:
-Existing experience in payroll and/or people operations, with strong HRIS/data management skills
-Proficiency in payroll systems (CloudPay preferred) and HCM platforms (Workday highly desirable)
