The Opportunity

MCS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Payroll Administrator to join our client, a thriving accountancy practice, in their Belfast office. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to advance their career, with progression opportunities and exposure to a variety of clients.

The Role
  • Administer the firm's payroll bureau for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist the payroll supervisor to ensure the payroll bureau runs smoothly
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality at all times
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
  • Opportunities to expand knowledge into other areas such as bookkeeping and accounts
The Person
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Practice or payroll bureau knowledge of payroll software
  • Competent in Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
