Location: Champneys Ashby-De-La-Zouch, England, United Kingdom

Position: Part Time or Full Time (discussed at interview)

Contract: Part Time

Salary: Up to £25,396.80 per annum

Based at: Champneys Springs

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Champion the Champneys culture and brand principles.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage payroll administration for colleagues in accommodation.
  • Oversee overpayment processes and family leave administration.
  • Support the HR Administrator with PeopleBank system.
  • Handle zero-hour worker processes and ensure GDPR compliance of electronic personal files.
  • Assist with reporting, P11ds, PSAs, and ad hoc HR and payroll reports.
  • Support the HR team with IR35 requests.
Essential Skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a hands-on payroll role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and numerical assessment ability.
  • Confidentiality and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Additional Information

This role is based at our Springs Resort, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, DE12 7HD. The position is entry level within the Human Resources function, with employment type being full-time.
