Job summary

Visa is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to support complex customer implementations and resolve high-priority issues across Visa and Cybersource products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to troubleshoot integrations, improve service quality, and guide customers through technical challenges.

The role combines hands-on problem solving with proactive customer interaction, covering APIs, payment processing, authentication, tokenization, and risk

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex technical products and SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on API, web services, JSON/XML troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and spoken English, stakeholder management.
• Experience with incident management or product migrations is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical consultation and support for customer implementations and production issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex challenges across APIs, payment processing, authentication, tokenization, risk solutions, and related technologies.
• Lead technical discussions on solution architecture, integrations and product capabilities.
• Manage high-priority customer escalations with clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to resolve issues and improve products.
• Develop knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Support new product launches, migrations, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Share technical knowledge and mentor junior colleagues.
• Provide on-call support as required and contribute to team objectives.
• Leverage Generative AI and other tools to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
