Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical technical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical business analyst, systems analyst, or techno-functional product role within payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system architecture, APIs, and data modeling.
• Payments domain knowledge including ISO 20022 and payment rails.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Understand system dependencies, data models, and API integrations ensuring feasible designs.
• Act as liaison between Payments Engineering, Product, Operations and Compliance to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payment processing and ISO 20022 to guide implementations.
• Coordinate and support annual scheme attestations, audits and evidence collection for regulatory standards.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, manage the technical backlog, and unblock developers during implementation.
