Edenred PayTech in the UK is recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to join the Product team in the Account Payments Domain. You will work with engineering, product managers, SMEs and stakeholders to understand needs, conduct gap analyses, and support requirements for development and QA.

Experience in payments or fintech is advantageous; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The role is hybrid with London or Swindon base, reporting to the Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Ability to capture requirements and document them clearly.
• Background in payments, banking or fintech is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and workshops facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with SMEs, Product Managers and stakeholders to analyse needs.
• Analyse new features and optimise existing elements.
• Arbitrate between requests with data-driven rationale.
• Assist Product Managers in prioritising workstreams.
• Capture and document requirements for internal/external use.
• Propose solutions aligned with regulatory rules across countries.
• Evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and product walkthroughs with clients.
