Job summary

Tide is seeking an exceptional Lead Country Commercial Manager to drive growth and commercial performance across Banking Payments in the UK. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, BI, CRM, Operations and Member Success to accelerate payment usage and optimise member journeys.

The role demands a highly commercial and analytical operator who translates data and member insight into actionable strategies, campaigns and product opportunities, owning revenue, forecasting and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with proven impact on business results.
• Experience driving commercial performance within payments, fintech or banking.
• Ability to translate data into execution plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue ownership and forecasting for Banking Payments in the UK.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, BI, CRM, Operations and Leadership.
• Shape GTM and lifecycle engagement strategies with commercial insight.
• Lead launch strategies for Banking Payment features and initiatives.
• Develop always-on engagement to drive activation, usage and retention.
• Monitor trends and opportunities to strengthen Tide's offering.
• Align priorities across Product, CRM, Finance and Operations.
