Job summary

• Experience in payments/risk/financial crime within PSP, acquirer, or bank.
• Ability to trace payment journeys and reconstruct events from data.
• Strong written communication for regulatory or banking counterparts.
• Investigative mindset with persistence and attention to detail.
• Organised in high-volume query environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound risk/compliance queries from acquiring/banking partners to resolution.
• Trace transactions end-to-end and provide clear, accurate responses meeting bank expectations.
• Tailor output to partner needs with documentation or explanations as required.
• Question findings, escalate when needed, and maintain query logs and timelines.
• Monitor merchant risk and feed insights into fraud detection processes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and engineering for information requests.
