Ryft Pay Ltd in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Finance Operations professional to own reconciliations, safeguarding and settlements across multi-currency payments. You will run key processes end-to-end and build automation to scale as we expand into new markets and currencies.

You will partner with Engineering and Product to replace spreadsheets with dashboards and automated alerts, while maintaining rigorous controls and documentation for regulators and auditors.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in financial operations, payment operations, treasury or reconciliations at a payments company, EMI, acquirer or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with daily reconciliations at high volume and excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UK safeguarding rules (PSRs, EMRs, CASS 15) and what auditors expect.
• Understanding of how card payments settle across schemes, acquirers and settlement cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily reconciliations across settlement reports, bank statements and internal ledger.
• Own safeguarding reconciliations under CASS 15 and support the annual safeguarding audit.
• Ensure merchants are paid correctly across currencies and manage multi-currency settlements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Engineering and banking partners; automate processes where possible.
