Payments Regulatory Lawyer (interim), London (City of London)

Opportunity for an experienced Payments Regulatory Lawyer to join a busy team starting in July on an initial 3-6 month day rate contract.

Part-time consideration: 4 days/week.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on regulatory frameworks such as the Cross Border Transfer Regulations and the Wire Transfer Regulations.
• Providing regulatory advice on matters related to the Payment Services Regulations 2017.

Technical knowledge and experience in these areas are essential. Ideally, candidates will have trained at a highly regarded firm and possess experience in-house or in private practice in a similar capacity.
