Job Description:

A renowned luxury retailer is seeking a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to support a maternity cover opportunity.

Reporting into the Legal & Compliance team, this role offers a chance to contribute to a consumer-focused business at the forefront of sustainability, digital innovation, and product excellence.

Location: Hybrid working, London.

The role includes:

• Providing strategic legal and regulatory advice across the business.
• Advising on regulatory issues including consumer protection, product and digital compliance, and sustainability frameworks.
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliance with UK and international standards.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, product safety, and responsible marketing.
• Assisting with internal training, risk assessments, and policy development.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
• In-house experience within a consumer-focused business.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and regulatory law.
• Experience in compliance, product safety, and regulatory frameworks is desirable.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
