Job summary

Duffel is seeking a Product Manager for our Payments team to own the roadmap for the operational backbone of our Payments product. You’ll work closely with Finance, Engineering and Operations to optimise settlement, billing and reconciliation, building platform services used by Duffel teams and external partners.

You’ll spend time with engineering, set weekly goals for the product squad, and partner with the Payments roadmap owner to shape future areas, including new capabilities we’ve barely

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how money moves: settlement, reconciliation, commissions, FX, chargebacks.

Responsibilities

• Define the Payments roadmap and the internal platform services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Ops to optimise settlement, billing and reconciliation.
• Translate finance needs into technical requirements for the Payments product.
